Westview is looking for incoming Grade 8s to participate in “The Digital Classroom 2015” featuring Microsoft OneNote.
We have recently been provided with a unique opportunity to offer a group of our incoming Grade 8s
a digital classroom experience for the 2015/16 school year.
We are looking for a class of 26 highly motivated Grade 8 students who are interested in using technology to enhance their learning experiences in and out of the classroom. This group will work
primarily with four academic teachers in Science 8, Mathematics 8, English 8 and Social Studies 8. A Surface 3 Tablet will be provided on loan to each of the student participants for the school year.
With Microsoft OneNote, teachers deliver digital curriculum in a safe and secure on-line setting. Students can create digital notebooks to help them stay organized, take amazing notes, research, create, and collaborate with teachers as well as other students.
